Counseling for children aged 5-12. Nondirective child-centered play therapy will be primarily used in these sessions.

For parents of children aged 5-18. This is great to review goals, gain insights, and discuss strategies & parenting tools.

$150/virtual session or $200/in-person session

Counseling for young adults aged 18- 29. For young adults struggeling with issues like anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and more.

$150/virtual session or $200/in-person session

For children aged 12-18 who are going through shared expereinces such as anxiety, grief, and more. Please note a minimum of 5 participants is required, maximim of 8.
